Where Fitness & Wellness Come Together

Round Hill provides an assortment of programs to meet your health and wellness needs, from nutritional counseling to mind-and-body seminars. This includes complimentary Wellness Seminars that we schedule throughout the year, touching on a broad range of topics. We also provide one-on-one wellness coaching as well as small group coaching.

Our state-of-the-art equipment includes Treadmills, Upright Bikes, Recumbent Bikes, Stairmasters, Arc Trainers, Elliptical Trainers (all cardiovascular machines), Cybex VR2 weight training machines, a Free Motion Cable Cross, an assortment of dumbbells, Stretching Room with TRX, Ballet Bar, Abdominal Machines, Stability Balls, Medicine Balls, Body Bars, Exercise Mats and Balance Equipment. Amenities include state-of-the-art flat screen TVs with audio available on your personal device, workout and bath towels, and fresh fruit.

All Fitness Members are provided with a complimentary orientation consisting of a comprehensive wellness consultation and fitness assessment. There is a special orientation session for Juniors, ages 13 to 17. Group fitness classes, personal training and specialty programming are all available for an additional fee.

Fitness Membership is complimentary for all Golf Members, and available for fee to Tennis, Associate-Swim and Social Members. Fitness and Wellness Coordinator Annette Eberspacher and her Staff are eager for you to visit the facility, and are always willing to help you with any Fitness questions.

Fitness Training

Personal Trainers

Personal Fitness Training is a great way to achieve your fitness goals. Whether you want to slim down or gain strength, working with a Fitness Professional can give you the motivation and results you want! Our Staff is fully certified with years of collective experience in the fitness industry. Round Hill employs four Personal Trainers that can work with your schedule and help you achieve your fitness goals.

Fitness Programming

Fitness programming is available for a fee for Round Hill Members. This includes Group Fitness, Small Group Training, and Sports Enhancement Programs including Golf and Tennis Fitness.Group Fitness Classes

Pilates

An excellent form of exercise that emphasizes core strength, yet benefits the entire body by increasing strength and flexibility. Some of the top benefits of Pilates is stronger, longer and leaner muscles.

Yoga

Emphasis on integration of movement with proper posture and breath. Yoga is especially good for the core, flexibility and relaxation.

Body Blast

A total body conditioning class for both strength and cardio. Each class includes the use of weights, body bars, stability balls, and more.


Specialty Programming

Small Group Training

Small group training is limited to 4-6 participants and is an effective way to maximize your time with specialized attention. It's a great way to stay in shape and to learn new skills in a social environment.

Sports Enhancement Programs

Sports Enhancement Programs help the young or not-so-young athlete take their game to the next level, improve upon or learn a new skill, or help with injury prevention. Seasonal Swim and Tennis conditioning programs are scheduled throughout the year.

TPI Golf Fitness

Round Hill Country Club is proud to announce its Golf Fitness Academy with a Certified TPI Golf Fitness Professional (level 3). Titleist Performance Institute for Golf Fitness offers a customized, comprehensive, integrated program designed to maximize your experience on the course.


Wellness

Wellness is "the state or condition of being in good physical and mental health." Round Hill provides an assortment of programs to meet your wellness needs. This includes complimentary Wellness Seminars that we schedule throughout the year, touching on a broad range of topics. We also provide one on one wellness coaching as well as small group coaching.

Wellness Seminars

Complimentary wellness seminars are scheduled throughout the year. Wellness covers topics such as reducing and preventing injury, sports medicine and nutrition.Wellness Programs and CoachingWellness coaching is conducted in two ways— 1:1 and group setting—and is beneficial for people who want to:
- Lose a few pounds
- Embrace a healthier diet
- Reduce stress
- Have more energy

An expert in physical structure and in supporting a high level of function of the musculoskeletal system. Annette's approach to fitness emphasizes age-appropriate programming with a specific focus on building and maintaining strength in combination with balance, flexibility, and proper nutrition. She believes in educating her clients so that they can obtain positive behavior change and create lifelong habits as they achieve their personal fitness and wellness goals.

Justin Verley
Class Instructor, Personal Trainer

Specializing in creating and administering proper strength training techniques and conditioning for the general population and athletes, including functional core strength, running mechanics, agility, speed, balance coordination, flexibility, cardiovascular efficiency, and overall health and wellness. Expert in Electromagnetic Stimulation (EMS) Therapy and Table-based Stretching.

Certifications and Training: BS in Kinesiology: Focus on Strength and Conditioning, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Electromagnetic Stimulation (EMS) and Table-based stretching trained

Andrew Moore
Class Instructor, Personal Trainer

A fitness enthusiast, passionate about physical and mental wellness. Andrew's goal is to help individuals create and reach their fitness goals with an emphasis on stability, functional mobility, and endurance training. Being physically active has always been a huge part of his life, and felt that being physically active were beneficial to his physical, mental, and emotional health. His interests include playing disc golf, visiting Disneyland, hiking, and camping.

Rosalyn Lee
Class Instructor, Pilates Trainer

A teacher and an artist that grew up in the Bay Area loving sports, dance, photography, nature and most of all adventure. After finding her love for yoga, she decided to begin her training in Los Angeles at Yoga Works. She then decided to take her training deeper and expanded her fitness education. She is grateful that she has found a perfect balance between her two loves - fitness and photography. Which has led her to her deeper calling: to inspire, to help, and to heal others. By fusing different aspects of her life, she created fun, lighthearted, and effective learning environments where movement and healing unite the mind, body, and soul.

Danica Radulovich
Class Instructor, Pilates Instructor

A yoga and Pilates instructor, Ayurveda Counselor and UCLA Bruin based in the East San Francisco Bay Area. She believes the body is a powerful vehicle for self-discover and seeks to help her students connect with their body's wisdom through mindful movement. her classes weave the contemporary anatomy of Pilates, the intuitive wisdom of yoga, and her lightheartedness and curiosity to increase functional strength, combat the postural detriments of modern living, ease pain, cultivate gratitude for our bodies and have fun! She has completed over 1,000 hours of training with renowned teachers across the globe, but her students are by far her greatest teachers.

Monica Flores
Yoga Class Instructor

An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and yoga instructor based in the San Francisco Bay Area, she has always been passionate about finding balance in her lifestyle and focuses on that daily. She began practicing yoga while living in Mexico City, and since that point it has always been a part of her life. Through her yoga guidance, you can experience the implementation of eccentric strength techniques while you are lengthening your body and assistance in improving alignment based on student experience and physical condition.

Christin Pienkny
Yoga Class Instructor

When she discovered the joys of yoga over 15 years ago, she found herself on her mat regularly. Practicing a variety of yoga formats made her feel grounded, centered, and energized. Discovering the many surprising benefits (beyond the physical) of yoga is why she is so passionate about practicing and sharing the movement of yoga with members. She, her husband, and dog Sonny have been residents of Round Hill for years and feel extremely blessed to be part of this beautiful community.

Mimi Harris
Massage Therapist

Mimi grew up in Alamo and is thrilled to be able to give back to the community. She has a heart for athletes as a former D1 athlete. Massage has kept her from getting multiple surgeries, so she is passionate about passing that on. She is a Massage therapist that specializes in Neuromuscular Therapy and trigger points therapy. She is excited to work with patients of all ages to help facilitate your body's natural healing. When she's not working, she is spending time outside either going for hikes or coaching water polo.
