Comparisons have misled the government. I remember my friend telling his parents that he was doing so well at school . He had scored 20 times better than his friend. The friend had 2%. Its like PF did so well that they are now a marking key for UPND. I think ECL was not that bad.

I got lost with the discussion, the learned counsel is not totally privy of some facts. No take home from the Sangwa – Mutubila discussion as bottom line it defines itself as impatience overtaking stabilization of governance operating systems and resistance from the previous leadership to aid the new comers settle in! Trampling down or suffocating education to keep the Zambian population at below average over the years has contributed to the type of leadership the country gets thus priorities aimed at building capacity for desired leadership caliber requires heavy investment

I do agree with Sangwa though I saw it right in the first one month , how it took this dull president two months to come up with his cabinet and appointing finance minister without the sitting parliament.
I saw that confusion right from the beginning the sacking of permanent secretaries and took months just to appoint cadres.

Certainly HH got confused with the announcement of victory. He was so shocked that he had completely no plans thus appointing a Finance Minister without a cabinet. At one MTN booth a few days before the elections, a girl was listening to a program featuring a Upnd official talking about the ” miracles” of president HH and evils of ECL. The girl was so mesimarized that she vowed to commit suicide should ECL win the election. We’re not being unfair.

Indeed many people have more money in their pockets than what they had some fifteen ,Ten years ago. More construction of personal houses, more people are buying vehicles, more Zambians owning business than some years ago. If choose not to observe such activities going on in the nation, we will be talking about more money in pockets in the negative ways.
