Yes ,when the World Bank engages bazungu for feasibility studies,we will start clapping. When our own ZESCO does that ,we complain.What do you want mwe bena Zambia kanshi?
The load shedding is not an act of incompetence, but an act of nature. When We compare Zambia with Botswana , we forget that Botswana has abundant supply of coal which is used to generated power. Unless the government establishes another coal plant in Kazungula to use coal from Botswana, then we have to be at the mercy of climate change.
