I agree with you ….he is a very good person but he doesn’t understand his job description and his boundaries…he is doing other people’s work but i they should explain to him how the Government operates….he just pokes his nose in everything..a high profiled Criminal case is handled by senior Police officers and the Police Spokesperson not a party Cadre

In a democracy, Times of Zambia, Zambia Daily mail ZNBC aren’t supposed to fall under government. What for? Government doesnt know any journalism.
When as opposition UPND was barred from ZNBC, they used to agree on this stance on media freedom by progressives . In power they have chameleonised into the power environment- just like Chiluba did, Sata did. ZANIS doesnt need a minister. It can operate as a department on its own or under the ministry of transport and Communication

The fact is that his is a moribund ministry. So Kawana and Minister have nothing to do. He cant be in charge of IBA. No democracy has a Ministry that supervises freedom of speech. If its supervised then it isnt Freedom of speech.

They arent efficient -just bullies. How come they declare it a crime scene a week after the murder? Clever investigators would have been there withing 24 hours
