Edgar China Lungu didn’t do anything on this project, apart from IGNORING the valuable input from the Japanese medical sector. Edgar China Lungu at one point even wanted Zambia to become a medical tourist destination, only to send a sick PF criminal ABROAD the next day! And remember all those empty clinics? Technology and skills transfer should be our number goal when engaging with other countries in all sectors of our economy.
