I can also see many junk food outlets like Hungry Lion, KFC etc in Lusaka and the copperbelt. Without an effective Ministry of Health we better look out’ for the diseases we have brought to our doorsteps; HBP, Diabetes, osteoporosis, Heart diseases, depression etc. Im sure South African hospitals are smacking their hands at potential ICU ques from Zambia.

If there are laws in any of these Third World countries they are never enforced so Nestle, also MacDonalds, Mochacos, KFC have nothing to fear as they dispense their junk food.
However let me hasten to say as a Zambian who comes home once in five years I have noticed in my current visit that citizens have started putting on unhealthy weight.
